FT position, mostly M-F daytime hours. Responsible to provide supervision to ABLE staff. Assures consistency among staff in training, philosophy, behavior support practices, safety and health procedures, documentation, etc. Is responsible for assuring that appropriate staffing is available at all times to meet the needs of persons served. Provides and arranges individualized support services which enable persons served to participate in meaningful tasks and activities in the ABLE Program. Assists persons served to become integrated members of their community. Requires supervisory experience, H.S. diploma/GED, valid drivers license, and good driving record. MR/DD experience preferred.
