Exploration Place is seeking enthusiastic instructors for Out of This World Summer Camps 2013. Camp instructors will engage, educate and entertain campers with science activities while maintaining a healthy, active and safe environment. Camp instructors perform a variety of duties such as lesson planning, shopping, budget management, presenting shows, preventing possible zombie attacks, delivering hands on activities, cleaning and much more. Instructors share their summer with up to 25 campers each week, along with a few super-cool volunteers! Your awesome-ness will be needed for sessions from June 3 – August 9, 2013. Instructors may work from 1 – 9 weeks depending on skill sets and programming schedules. Instructors not working during a session may be called as substitutes. Training will be provided. Education, camp or theater experience, fluency in Spanish and CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.
