Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, cleaning mechanical areas/equipment & assists other traded mechanics in their duties. Must be available for either 1st or 2nd shift. Job Requirements *Skilled trade activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical & mechanical work *Ability to move & work throughout hotel for duration of shift *Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping & kneeling *Basic mechanical aptitude for operation & repair of hotel equipment *EPA & HVAC certification helpful *Have basic knowledge of general maintenance duties *TWO years minimum general maintenance experience
