FT, M-F days. Manages Community Living facility maintenance and vehicle inspections. Facilitates moves of persons served into Community Living Services. Maintains furniture, equipment, supplies and inventory for Community Living Department. Provides appropriate, timely, and ongoing communication. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years experience in facility maintenance and one year experience as a manager or supervisor in a related field. Additional technical education or training in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, residential/vehicle maintenance is preferred. Must have a valid KS driver’s license with a good driving record.
