Front Office Manager

Job Description

Oversee all Front Office operations of 24-hr staff in a fast paced 302 room hotel. Manage, motivate, train, discipline, schedule and monitor employee performance to ensure adherence to all service standards. Minimum of TWO years experience as Front Desk Manager in hotel supervising a minimum of 10 employees. Travel, Property Management & Customer Service supervision experience will be considered.
