Job Description

PT position - Sunday 9:00a.m.-9:00p.m. Provides direct health care services to persons served. Hours may vary according to nursing coverage and needs of persons served. Experience with tracheotomy care and gastric tube feeding preferred. Requires HS diploma/GED, current KS LPN license, valid driver’s license, good driving record, good communication skills. Prefer knowledge and experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities. EOE
