Computer Operations Supervisor

Job Description

Plan, direct, and manage the daily operations of the IT department in Kansas City. Responsible for ensuring continuity of computer services through planning, technical leadership and project coordination. Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to the LAN/WAN. Works closely with the Network Operations Manager, and works on network projects and project management as needed.
