Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates' standard collections range from a three-piece favor sample box to the ultimate chocolate-lover's delight, the Cocoa Dolce Collection of 36 pieces representing Beth's entire line of handcrafted artisan chocolates. Packaged in distinctive terra cotta-colored boxes, each collection includes an assortment of milk, dark, and white chocolates filled with premium Belgium chocolate, butter, cream, and ganache.

Other focused collections offered by Cocoa Dolce include tea-infused and wine-infused chocolates while others are more seasonal, such as the Love & Chocolate Collection for Valentine's Day and the Cheer & Chocolate Collection, created for the holidays.
