From April 1 to August 31, our Office & Showroom hours are M-F 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, We are closed Saturdays & Sundays. We are available other times in the showroom or at your home by appointment.

During "Peak Season", our Fully-Equipped Service Trucks run 5-6 days per week. During "Off-Peak Season" our Fully-Equipped Service Trucks run 5 days per week. We can accommodate nearly any schedule, within reason.

Chimney Swifts in our area. These federally protected migratory birds are of no danger to you. They typically are in this area from Mid-April through the end of September before they migrate back to the Peruvian rain forests. Although often reported to our office as "bats in our chimney", they are actually tiny birds. They can not be disturbed in any way while they are nesting. We can put you on the list to service in October when they leave this area and head for the Peruvian rain forests. These birds eat a large number of airborne insects each day - they are good for your neighborhood! We can advise you on how to keep their chirping to a minimum until they leave. Please call us for this advice.
