Welcome to Fitness Bootcamp!

Fitness Boot Camp is a new and innovative way to get in shape while having fun in the great outdoors. No, this is not "Military boot camp" with screaming sergeants! This is Fitness Bootcamp, where all sessions are taught by Certified Fitness Professionals, whom have acquired Advance Degrees in Exercise Science and related fields, and have over 30 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. Fitness Bootcamp has combined military calisthenics, the one-on-one attention of a personal trainer, and the motivation of group fitness to create the perfect body toning and sculpting workout.

***All sessions are accompanied by free weekly consultation with our Registered/ Licensed Dietician and Nutritionist. She is a member of the Kansas Governors Council on Fitness and has a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Kansas State University.

Fitness Boot Camp instructors take advantage of the beautiful nature trails and newly remodeled park system in the Wichita Metro area and surrounding communities and Towns. Bootcamp fitness workouts are designed to increase your strength, endurance, cardiovascular condition, self esteem, and overall physical condition. All of these areas are improved while having fun and creating new found friends. Fitness Bootcamp will challenge you to accomplish goals you never thought possible, and with the help of your instructors and friends in the group you will push through each challenge. Every recruit will be required to pass a fitness evaluation at the end of the six week session.

Based upon your initial fitness evaluation, Fitness Bootcamp will place you in either a beginner, intermediate, or advanced class, taught by certified instructors. Fitness Bootcamp instructors will challenge you with physical activity to increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, which will help create a leaner healthier you. To complete the transformation, Fitness Bootcamp will also give you weekly nutritional menus and weekly consutations with a Licensed Dietitian to help you cleanse and revitalize your body.
This is all done in a group setting where everyone is encouraged to motivate and uplift their peers to accomplish their goals.
