School of Rock

About Our Private Music Lessons

Students, ages seven to adult, are taught guitar, drums, keyboards, and vocals by professional musicians. Through weekly private lessons and structured group rehearsals, students perform a live show at the end of each 'season'. Students rock out to classics such as Pink Floyd, Foo Fighters, the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Metallica.

School of Rock offers other classes as well. Rock 101, teaches kids that are beginners how to master the basics. Once they have their fundamentals down, they will be prepped on live performances.

Kids who know the basics of how to play their instrument can join the Performance Program. This is the most popular program and they are taught harmonies, musicianship and how to perform in an authentic live rock and roll show.

Private weekly lessons are also offered to those who don’t have enough time to commit to the 'Rock n Roll' lifestyle, but still want the School of Rock experience. Special weekly camp sessions are also offered throughout the year during students’ winter, spring and summer breaks from school.

The School of Rock also inspired the movie of the same name in 2003 that starred Jack Black. A legend, in his own mind, Black becomes a substitute teacher at a private prep school, and eventually turns his students into little rock stars.

Adult Performance Program

School of Rock is now enrolling for our Adult Performance Program where adult students get individual lessons on guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals along with weekly band rehearsals.  Whether you are an experienced musician looking to get back on stage or just learning for the first time, it's time to grab your guitar, warm up those vocals, and prepare to rock.
